Reintroducing Yoga into Formal Modern School Education

Principles of Hatha Yoga, in keeping with various academic, athletic, and life-ready demands that students face today.
Learning and teaching methodology changes as the child grows, and as his or her knowledge and skill base grows.
The fundamental fact that children learn differently from adults.

Therefore Yoga Education in School (YES) requires the following three components to properly designed and coordinated :
